Returns & Exchanges
- Changing Your Mind: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges if you simply change your mind or don't want the item anymore after ordering.
- Damaged or Broken Items: We only offer a return or replacement if the jewellery arrives broken or defective, and you can show us clear proof.
Unboxing Video Required for Damage Claims
To help us verify that an item arrived damaged, you must record a full unboxing video when your package arrives. To be accepted as proof, your video must follow these rules:
- The Start: You must start filming before you open the main courier package or break any seals. The camera needs to clearly show the shipping bill, your name, and the address label on the box.
- No Pauses: Keep the camera rolling the entire time! The video must be one single, unedited clip with no cuts, pauses, or filters.
- 24-Hour Rule: You need to email us the video within 24 hours of delivery.
Important Note: We strictly enforce this window. If you contact us after 24 hours have passed, or if you do not have a proper, uncut unboxing video, we cannot issue a refund or a replacement under any circumstances.
Money Back & Replacement Rules
- Item Value Only: If a refund is approved, we only give you back the money paid for the actual jewellery piece.
- Shipping is Extra: Delivery and courier charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Out of Stock Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly ship you a replacement. If that specific design is sold out, you can either wait for us to restock it or ask for a refund for that item.
Order Cancellations & Shipping Details
- Packages on the Way: Once your parcel is shipped out and tracking is active, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Courier Delays: Shipping companies operate independently from us. Because transit delays are out of our hands, a late delivery does not make an order eligible for a refund or cancellation.
- Regular Processing: We cannot cancel orders that have already been packaged and processed through our normal system.
Strict Exceptions (No Refunds or Swaps)
- Items on Sale: All discounted jewellery, clearance items, and pieces bought during a sale are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on them.
- Zirconia Stones: Please handle your pieces with care. Our policy does not cover Zirconia stones that fall out, chip, or get lost after the jewelry is in your hands.
- Our Mistake: If we accidentally send you the wrong item and you need to ship it back to us, we will refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹80 (you just need to show us a valid courier receipt).
- Worn Jewellery: If you have already worn or used the jewellery, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your checkout details! If a package gets lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong spot because you entered an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible and cannot offer a refund.
